So Big

Tomorrow I'm eight weeks old and Mommy cannot believe how big I'm getting! I'm growing up so fast! This week I officially grew out of my first outfit, my grey elephant sleeper. It made Momma a little sad, and Grandma,too. Grandma said she's even going to frame it!

I'm getting so good at holding my head up that when I'm awake, Mommy has even started to hold me like a bigger baby and not like a little newborn anymore. I'm able to lift my head and turn and look at anything I want without any trouble at all! I also love to really look at who's holding me or whoever is talking to me. When Momma holds me I will just stare at her so intently, and she loves looking at me, too! This week I've also started smiling a lot more! Mommy even caught it on camera which was hard to do!


I'm also starting to love my binky even more! I especially love my binky in the evening when I'm relaxing before bedtime. I like lounging on my Boppy pillow next to Mommy and sucking on my binky for awhile.


I also really like my bouncy seat and play gym. I love being in my bouncy seat in the kitchen when Grandma is working or when Mommy is eating breakfast or lunch. I just love looking around the kitchen! I also like being in my bouncy seat when Mommy or Grandma is getting ready in the bathroom, I especially like when they are drying their hair, I like listening to the hairdryer, it even makes me fall asleep sometimes because it's so relaxing!
