Swing Set

Back in August Grandpa went to Toys R' Us to buy me a swing set. It happened to be on sale and Grandma and Grandpa have been wanting to get one for the backyard all summer. They didn't have one in stock so they ordered it from another store. Weeks went by and we never got a phone call about it arriving to our local store so we went in about a week and a half ago to see if there was any update. Well... to make a long story short, they couldn't find one in stock or in any store that could send it another one. We were there for two hours trying to figure out what happened. I was a good boy and grandpa and grandma did a good job entertaining me while mommy talk to the store. If I had to be stuck in a store for two hours, it might as well be a toy store! Anyways, there was one swingset in stock but it was technically already sold to someone else. They said that it was probably the set that was sent for us but it was sold before they called us. So they sold it to us anyway because the other people didn't come to pick it up yet! So after all that trouble we finally brought it home!

Grandpa got started on building the swingset right away! It took a few days for us to get it all together but we finally finished! Grandpa's hard work was all worth it because I LOVE it! I already love to play outside and now I love playing in the backyard even more! I just love my swing! I could swing all day if mommy let me! Thanks grandpa for my swingset!
