Go, Bus, Go!

This week was Spring Break for Mommy and Grandma but the weather was so yucky and mommy still had to work a couple of days so we didn't get to do as much fun stuff as mommy thought we would. Mommy did make plans to take me on the bus this week no matter what so we kept checking the weather and the least rainy day was today. So mommy, grandma, grandpa, Natalie and Charlotte all came and we took the bus to Seattle. I love all trucks and I really love buses. I watch them drive by and always wave. I love my wheels on the bus book and singing the song. So mommy couldn't wait to take me on a bus ride! And I loved it just as much as she thought I would! I was so excited to get on the bus and was so happy during our ride! I kept saying "Weeee" and "Bus!" and "Go!" I would even tell the other riders that we were on the bus! When we got to Seattle to eat and walk around, I still noticed every bus that drove by and kept saying "Bus! Up? On?" I just wanted to get back on the bus! Mommy packed up the backpack carrier and walked me all the way around Seattle and to Ivar's and back up the stairs again! Her shoulders were sore by the time we were ready to head back home but she didn't get as tired as she thought she would. We ate a yummy lunch at Ivar's and I got to feed the birds with Grandpa. I loved watching the birds and boats during lunch and had so much fun on the waterfront. We then just headed back up towards the bus tunnel and stopped at Nordstrom's Rack on the way. I ended up falling asleep in my carrier and momma was worried I would miss the bus ride home but I woke up just in time! I loved the ride home just as much as the ride there! And we just beat the rain, too! The only rain we had to walk in was from the bus stop to the house. And baby Charlotte was so good, too! She drank her bottles on the bus rides and just loved walking around Seattle! She was happy and content the whole time! What a good baby! I love baby Char Chars and she loves me, too! She's always happy to see me and she talks to me all the time and even tried to give me hugs! We had such a fun morning and I can't wait for our next bus ride. Maybe it will be to a Mariner game!
