Zoo with Uncle Sam

Sam leaves to go back to school in just 3 days so mommy and I took him to the zoo for a fun day together! The weather was perfect and since schools are back in session it was fairly empty. Lots of toddlers and strollers but no big kids around! All the animals were out and Sam was made sure we went to see everything! It's been a long time since he's gone to the zoo and he had lots of fun which made mommy so happy! The elephants were out really good and one was playing in the dirt which was so funny. We saw the bears eating fruit and chewing on bones, and the gorillas and orangutans were up by the windows. There were also lots of baby animals at the zoo. We saw a baby giraffe, the baby jaguars and the lion cubs! So cute!
