My Third Birthday!

Thursday 8/28

Mommy had to work on my birthday this year but Auntie Natalie was the BEST aunt in the whole wide world! She picked me up from Nana's house with a special birthday balloon and took me out on a very special breakfast birthday date to Chace's Pancake Corral! I had the yummiest birthday pancakes and they even sang me happy birthday! Natalie and Nana spoiled me all day. I know I'm the luckiest boy! Mommy was so happy and so thankful that I'm in such good hands while she away at work. She loves knowing that Nana and Aunt Natalie love me so much and and give me all the attention I could ask for while she's away. I had such a wonderful birthday with Natalie and Nana!

Saturday 8/30

So we were all being super optimistic while constantly checking the forecast until Saturday morning. Unfortunately, no amount of wishing or praying kept the rain away. It was a little disappointing because we have had such amazing weather for such a long time and it was the first rainy weekend in awhile! We made the best of the situation and made a venue change from Natalie's pool and clubhouse to the church building. We still used all our pool party/beach ball decorations and we ended up having lots of fun! Everyone still came and were super supportive and we had a wonderful time together. Mommy has such amazing friends and I have the most wonderful family. We had a room full of beach balls and lots of room to run and play. We also had art tables set up with crafts and activities. In the room across the hall, we had food set-up with tables for everyone and a movie playing. I love all my family and friends so much and I am so happy everyone came to celebrated my special day with me!

Sunday 8/31

On Sunday evening, I got to celebrate my birthday again with Daddy and Grandma and Grandpa Mayfield. We went to Bucca De Beppos in Seattle and it was super yummy and so nice to go out for my birthday. My favorite was getting a special soda drink in a light-up cup and got to bring home! We had such a wonderful time together!
