Fourth of July!

We had a super fun July 4th this year! The best part was going out to Natalie's house in Klahanie and riding my bike in their parade! I loved it! I kept up with all the big kids on their bikes and stayed right up front following the fire truck. Mommy had to run after me the whole way! We walked the whole parade route to the park and at the park they had yummy snow cones and popsicles.

On the actual 4th, we went to the flag raising at church which is always a nice ceremony. At home I was able to throw pop-its and it was so much fun! I loved doing the pop-its and grandma even went and bought me more at the store! We also brought them over to Nana's house when we went there for a yummy dinner. After dinner, mommy, grandpa and I went to the downtown park for the Bellevue 4th Firework show. We got there just as they were closing up the bouncy houses and things but we ran into mommy's friend from work and I got to play with her kids Kovey and Kavara. I had so much fun with them and they took such good care of me! At the beginning of the fireworks, I stayed with my friends and watched for awhile and then I went to find mommy for the rest of the show. It was a pretty good firework display. It was my first firework show and it was a lot of fun! I thought it was pretty neat! Mommy knew I wouldn't be scared of the fireworks and I wasn't! Happy Independence Day!
