Christmas Fun

We did so many fun things to celebrate Christmas! We went to the mall a lot to shop and see the hustle and bustle, it sure was crowded! I also got to see Snowflake lane a total of three times! I loved it so much! The second time I went it was just me and mommy and we had so much fun together. We went to watch the "Jingle Bells" and it was a lot less crowded and I was able to walk around and dance. I loved the music and the drumming and the lights and the characters that were walking around. The third time we went to Snowflake Lane was when Sam was in town. It was the Friday before Christmas and we knew parking would be horrible so we parked a few blocks down Bellevue Way and ate at Teriyaki bowl and then walked up to Bellevue Square. This time we found a spot to watch the "Snowstorm" which was a little group of drummers that played big drums that were covered in water and it would splash and spray. It was a lot of fun and I loved watching them! I can't wait for Snowflake Lane next year! (We still need to get a couple pictures off of grandpa's camera of Snowflake Lane).

We were able to go to the Fox's house to watch the Christmas ships go by. The Fox's are from the ward but it's also cousin Alyssa's uncle and cousins on her Dad's side.They have a big house near Meydenbauer Beach so they can see the Christmas Ships from their home. The Christmas ships are all decorated in beautiful Christmas lights and play music and go around Lake Washington near all the different beaches around Bellevue and Kirkland. Daddy can even see them from his parents' house sometimes.
I was also able to go to the Bravern to do a pony ride. They had pony rides every weekend during the holiday season and they are free! We couldn't pass that up! I loved my pony ride and even though momma walked by me and kept her hand on me just in case, I sat and held on all by myself! Mommy was surprised and very proud of me! I'm a cute little cowboy!

Uncle Sam loves Ivar's so we waited for him to be in town to go the the Renton Ivar's to see the Clam Lights. Unfortunately, it was cold and POURING! But we had fun anyways! The food was yummy and the lights were really pretty! The pictures didn't really turn out great but the lights were nice. Next year we'll go when the weather is a little better.

We had so much fun doing things together to get ready for Christmas! I loved going to look at Christmas lights and going out shopping and such. But I also loved being at home and enjoying our beautiful tree and watching Christmas movies. Next year will be so much fun!
