Northwest Train Museum

We went to the Northwest Train Museum in Snoqualmie and went on a train ride! Mommy has been talking about going for a few weeks now. She knew how much I'd love to ride on a real train! The weather was good so we decided to go this afternoon. Mommy, grandpa, grandma and I went out to catch the 1:30 train. We got there in time to walk around the train depot and check out all the old trains parked around the museum. I was so excited when I first saw all the trains! You should have seen me when the train pulled up. I thought it was the neatest thing! I loved saying "beep beep, all aboard!" We got on the train and found good seats. It was so exciting when the train first started moving. I loved standing on the seat and watching out the window, so much fun! What a nice train ride, we first went to North Bend and then back past the depot to Snoqualmie falls and back again. For the last part of the ride, grandpa took me to the very back of the train to watch out the back. We even got to watch the man ring the bell! Our train ride was right during nap so I was pretty tired and cranky for our ride home but it was worth it! We had so much fun and now I love trains even more! Nana and Papa were so sad that they missed it, we were supposed to invite them. But I guess it's okay because now we get to go back again with them and ride the train again!! Yay!
