Museum of Flight

This morning mommy and daddy took me to the Museum of Flight! I love airplanes and they new I'd love seeing on the planes on display and hanging. They also have a space exhibit with the moon and spaceships and stuff. We had a lot of fun and even though it isn't super interactive and kid friendly, I still had a really good time and was a good boy! We started out in the big main room that had all the planes hanging from the ceiling or parked and I thought it was so cool. I kept trying to go past the barriers/ropes to get closer. There were a couple planes I was able to sit in. they also had an airliner that you could walk through and I found a seat and climbed right up and was ready to go! To bad it didn't take us anywhere! After that we went to the space section and I like the moon exhibit and I kept trying to go past the ropes to walk on the moon! I also liked the lights that were along the floor. Then we went to the "Air traffic Control Tower" they have that looks over Boeing Field. We had fun looking at the computers that told us all about the different flights that were going on all over the country. We even got to see a couple planes take off from the little airport. After that we went to the section of the museum that had the WWI and WWII exhibits. I like walking through and it was fun because it was dark and had airplane noises and things going on. It was neat to see all the planes and gear from the back then! Mommy and daddy liked reading the stories and seeing all the neat things the museum had. We had a good time and we plan on going back with Grandpa Mikey sometime! He'll be able to tell us a lot about airplanes and flying!
